Monday marked Day 1 of a 30-day public comment period on the PBDA’s Volume 1 of the BEAD Program which is designed to provide information on the Authority’s plans for implementing grant funding to ensure that all Pennsylvanians have access to high-speed Internet, the application process, scoring criteria, labor standards and other requirements.
