Below is a listing of the available sponsorships in 2026 for PTA.
Which include:

 

PTA Small Company Meeting (March 12, 2026)
PTA Spring Conference (May 6 & 7, 2026)
PTA’s 123rd Annual Convention (July 13-15, 2026)
PTA Small Company Meeting (November 19, 2026)

The combined total may place companies into specific categories of Platinum, Gold, Silver or Bronze.

Convention sponsorships are listed first, followed by Spring Conference, then Small Company meetings

  • Membership Appreciation Day at Hersheypark (Monday, July 13, 2026)

    Co-Sponsors – $800
    This sponsorship will offset admittance to the park for all that register. The fee also includes a picnic held in the park at one of the designated pavilions as well as appropriate signage.

  • Hersheypark Luncheon Prizes (July 13, 2026)

    $200, $150; $100; $50;
    During the luncheon at Hersheypark, small prizes are awarded to lucky attendees. If you are interested in making a monetary donation toward a prize, please do so here.

  • Dessert on the Mezzanine (July 13, 2026)

    Tier 1 Sponsor – $3,000; Tier 2 Sponsors – $750
    After dinner, step onto the Mezzanine for dessert and refreshments during a 1.5 hour vendor exhibit. This will cover the cost of dessert and open bar. Tier 1 sponsor will receive a complimentary exhibit table.

  • John S. Rocker Memorial Golf Scramble (July 8, 2025)



    This sponsorship ($1,000) will cover the golf prizes and signage as well as one golf registration for the sponsoring company.

  • Beverage Cart During JSR Memorial Scramble (July 12, 2022)-SPONSORED

    As billed.
    There are currently no available sponsorship opportunities for this event.
    The cost to sponsor the beverage cart will be billed after we receive the final billing. It could be anywhere between $1,000 – $2,000 depending on the weather and the amount of golfers.

  • Hole Sponsor (July 14, 2026)

    If you would like to sponsor a hole during the John S. Rocker Memorial Golf Scramble the cost is $150.

  • Casino Night (July 14, 2026)

    Tier 1 Sponsor – $3,000; Tier 2 Sponsors – $750
    This sponsorship will cover the cost of the bar, food, entertainment, etc. for Casino Night. Tier 1 sponsor will also sponsor the craps table and will be given a complimentary exhibit table for Monday night's exhibits.

  • Casino Game (July 14, 2026)

    Blackjack (4) – $500; Poker (1) – $500; Chuck-a-Luck (1) – $500; Roulette (1) – $500; Money Wheel – (1) $500
    Sponsor a game! PTA will provide a sign and you may choose to host that table or mingle with the crowd. We will have a dealer from the entertainment group so you are free to do as you please. Game Sponsors will receive a complimentary table during the Monday Night “Dessert on the Mezzanine” Vendor Displays.

    Craps table will be made available for sponsorship if we do not get a sponsor for Casino Night.

  • Casino Night Prizes (July 14, 2026)

    $50; $75; $100; $150; $200, $500 CASH Grand Prize
    Toward the end of Casino Night, attendees turn their winnings in for tickets. These tickets are placed in a basket next to the prize they would like to win. One of those prizes could be from you! We ask that the value be at least $50. You can purchase the prize or you can donate the cash to PTA and we will shop for you.

  • Coffee Breaks

    Tuesday $500 – Wednesday $500 –
    This will cover the cost of a coffee break and signage at our Annual Convention, during either the Tuesday or Wednesday morning general session. Those wishing to add pastries, etc. may do so at an extra cost.

  • Silver Kiss Sponsor

    $300
    This money will be used to offset the overall cost of the convention in July, and your company name will be listed in the convention program, as well as a sponsor poster.

  • Attendance Awards - $200

    This money will be used for two $200 gift cards given away at the end of the Tuesday and Wednesday general sessions during the Annual Convention.

  • Spring Conference Reception (May 6, 2026)


    This will cover the cost of a bar and light snacks on the first night of the Spring Conference, as well as signage. We will accept multiple sponsors.

  • Nittany Lion Sponsor (Spring Conference - May 6 & 7, 2026)

    $250
    This money will be used to offset the overall cost of the Spring Conference, including the morning and afternoon breaks. Company name will be listed on a sponsorship poster as well as any conference materials.

  • Small Company Meeting Sponsor

    March 12, 2026 meeting $250 – November 19, 2026 meeting $250 –
    This sponsorship helps to offset the overall expense of our Small Company meetings (we charge no registration fees for these meetings). Your logo will appear on all documents related to the meeting as well as a poster during the meeting.
