Oral arguments in the U.S. Supreme Court case involving the constitutionality of the federal Universal Service Fund have been scheduled for March 26. PTA is among numerous parties which have filed amicus briefs in the matter which will decide whether Congress violated the nondelegation doctrine by authorizing the FCC to determine the amount that providers must contribute to the Fund.
