The Pennsylvania Broadband Development Authority opened its BEAD Challenge Submission Window mid-week and noted that the Challenge Portal is available online and that eligible participants will need to register online here: registration before submitting a challenge. Additional information is available at the BEAD Challenge webpage, BEAD Challenge webpage, and individuals may view the public map (public map) which identifies those areas deemed unserved, underserved, served. The challenge timelines are as follows: Challenge Submission Period: April 24th – May 23rd, Rebuttal of Challenges: May 24th – June 22nd. The PBDA will decide if challenges and rebuttals are valid or not within 30 days June 23rd – July 22nd.
