With data received by the FCC as of March 1, the Commission released its latest iteration of the national broadband map Home | Broadband Funding Map (fcc.gov) early this week. The mapping tool allows consumers to filter their searches by federal funding program and service providers and has been characterized by Commission Chairwoman Jessica Rosenworcel as addressing “most if not all” of concerns expressed to date. One update of note, the map does include one million net new broadband serviceable locations based on the most recent data.
