Plenty to chew on in the wake of yesterday’s board meeting of the Pennsylvania Broadband Development Authority. Several media outlets reported on the contentious issues of prevailing wage, a difficult application process, a minimum monetary threshold for eligible projects and lack of a publicly available weighted scoring system for applications. Board Chairman Uri Monson asked staff to record all questions regarding the application process and post answers on the PBDA website ASAP. Stay tuned.
