The Pennsylvania Broadband Development Authority announced this week that applications are now being accepted for the $20 million Digital Connectivity Technology Program which will fund laptops for institutions such as libraries, municipalities and other community anchor institutions in areas where affordability is a problem. Applications for funding will be accepted until August 19, 2024, and the PBDA expects to begin announcing grant awards in November.
