At its summit in Austin, Texas this week, the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners Board of Directors passed a resolution supporting permanent funding for the federal Affordable Connectivity Program. The resolution noted that the remaining ACP fund balance of $8.6 billion will be used up by early next year and that “broadband customers who have relied on ACP to help pay their bills will suffer without this assistance.”
