Mid-week, the Pennsylvania Broadband Development Authority released its recently approved guidelines for the $1.16 billion BEAD program. The guidelines (found here: guidelines) will be posted for at least 30 days prior to PBDA beginning to accept applications and will not require pre-qualification in advance of accepting applications. The authority also noted that it has updated its broadband map (Pennsylvania Broadband Map).
