Representatives Pam Snyder and Kristin Phillips-Hill convened the first meeting of the House Broadband Caucus on Tuesday and accepted testimony and comments from the PA PUC (see related story in Quotable Section), the Governor’s Office of Broadband Initiatives, and the Department of Community and Economic Development.
