Early in the week, the state Senate unanimously passed Senate Bill 764, legislation which, among other things, prohibits robocalls between 8:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. and Caller ID spoofing. The bill has been referred to the House Consumer Affairs Committee for its consideration.
