How many people do you want to register?*

Registration gives you full access to all Exhibits, ability to purchase a booth, Workshops, Demos, Mini Trainings, attend the Thursday Lunch and Reception, scheduled breaks, and the breakfast on Friday morning. Wi-Fi is complimentary for our group in convention hall and meeting rooms. Fees are $325/member or $700/non-member.

Everyone must be registered PRIOR to the event (by 10-9-25). Those that show up on-site and haven't registered will be charged an additional $25/registrant.

Single Booth:
Booths are 8 x 10’ wide with pipe and draping on back and sides. Booths will include one 6’ skirted and covered table, 2 chairs, 1 wastebasket and an exhibitor identification sign. Electric is not included (see below).

Double Booth:
Booths are 8 x 20’ wide with pipe and draping on back and sides. Booths will include two 6’ skirted and covered tables, 4 chairs, 2 wastebaskets and an exhibitor identification sign. Electric is not included (see below).

Triple Booth:
Booths are 8 x 30’ wide with pipe and draping on back and sides. Booths will include three 6’ skirted and covered tables, 6 chairs, 3 wastebaskets and an exhibitor identification sign. Electric is not included (see below).

Mobile Exhibit:
Those with a car/truck/trailer exhibit can drive right onto the exhibit floor. An area immediately behind the exhibit booths has been reserved for mobile exhibits. Anything that normally comes with a booth will be provided to mobile exhibits if needed. PTA will contact you. Those with a mobile exhibit do not need to choose a location. Electric is not included (see below).

Payment Information

Your booth space and location will not be secure until payment is received. Payment is due within 14 days of receiving an invoice for your registration. If payment is not received, your booth selection will open up for selection by another exhibitor and you may need to choose another location. All booths, registrations and any past due amounts owed to PTA or NYSTA, must be paid in full by 9/26/25. Refunds will be issued for cancellations made by 9/26/25 – less a $35 administrative fee. No refunds after that date.
