EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION

SINGLE BOOTH ($100)
Booths are 8’x10’ wide with pipe and draping on back and sides (royal blue & silver). Booths will include one 6’ skirted and covered table, 2 chairs, 1 wastebasket and an exhibitor identification sign. One standard electrical hook-up (15 amp-120v shared circuit, 6 outlet strip) is also included.

DOUBLE BOOTH ($200)
Booths are 8’x20’ wide with pipe and draping on back and sides (royal blue & silver). Booths will include two 6’ skirted and covered table, 4 chairs, 1 wastebasket and an exhibitor identification sign. Two standard electrical hook-ups (@ 15 amp-120v shared circuit, 6 outlet strip) are also included. Includes 4 company representatives.

Wi-fi is complimentary for our group, in the convention hall and meeting rooms.

Additional Booth Requirements

Any additional chairs, tables, etc. should be requested directly through Spectrum. Please refer to the exhibitor packet on the NETS page.

Payment Information

Your booth space and location will not be secure until payment is received. For those wishing to pay by check, we will hold your location for 10 days from receipt of the form. After 10 days it will be made available for selection and you will need to choose another location. All booths, and any past due amounts owed to PTA or NYSTA, must be paid in full by 9/19/16. Refunds will be issued for cancellations made by 9/19/16 – less a $35 administrative fee. No refunds after that date.
