At its Public Meeting yesterday, the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission voted 2-1 (Chairman Brown Dutrielle dissenting) in support of the Motion of Vice Chairman Coleman addressing the modernization of ILEC regulations at Chapters 63 and 64. (See related story in Quotable Section).
