Pennsylvania’s own Senator John Fetterman penned the FCC recently asking for an investigation into provider practices negatively impacting ACP recipients. In the letter, Fetterman cites constituent inquiries noting that some providers are requiring customers to provide proof of one month of service prior to qualifying for the low-cost benefit. He’s asking the Commission if they are aware of the issue and what they plan to do about it.
