Pennsylvania Senator Bob Casey was among sixteen Senate Democrats who penned President Trump this week calling for him to include rural broadband funding in his $1.5 trillion infrastructure proposal. The letter cites the FCC’s 2016 Broadband Progress Report which concluded that 39 percent of rural Americans lack access to high-speed Broadband.
