Antin Infrastructure Partners announced this week that it has officially acquired Empire Access (which includes Pennsylvania’s North Penn Telephone). The companies have almost 1,300 fiber route miles servicing more than 96,000 addresses and 29,000 customers in Western New York and Northern Pennsylvania.
