If you thought the acrimonious battle between the government and AT&T with regard to the company’s acquisition of Time Warner was over, think again. While not commanding the limelight it did this past summer when a federal judge gave the merger the green light, an upcoming appeal by the U.S. Department of Justice will be heard by the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals on December 6th.
