Plenty of eye-popping numbers (too many to fit in the Daily Numbers Section!), in a new study on broadband usage in the U.S. released this week by Leichtman Research Group. Headlining the report’s findings are that 90 percent of the nation’s households get an Internet service at home, up from 84 percent in 2017, and 74 percent in 2007. Other figures show that almost 60 percent of broadband subscribers are very satisfied with their Internet service and 44 percent do not know the download speed of their service.
