The inaugural meeting of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission USF Working Group took place this week with representatives from ILEC, RLEC, and wireless industries participating, as well as the Office of Consumer Advocate and the Office of Small Business Advocate. Led by Commission staff, the group addressed a variety of topics associated with the state Universal Service Fund with any eye towards making recommendations to the Commissioner’s offices by June of next year.
