For those fixed broadband service providers interested in getting a head start on their “homework”, The FCC’s Broadband Data Task Force, Wireline Competition Bureau, and Office of Economics and Analytics announced that it has available some guidance on how to start compiling your company data for the new broadband maps. According to the Commission, this preliminary version of broadband location fabric will help providers develop the processes necessary to prepare their specific data. Submissions of the data are required to be made to the FCC beginning June 30, 2022 and no later than September 1, 2022.
