The Pennsylvania Broadband Development Authority on Wednesday approved guidelines for the $200 million Broadband Infrastructure Grant Program which should be posted on the PBDA website (Pennsylvania Broadband Development Authority – PA Department of Community & Economic Development) on Monday, April 10th. The federally-funded program will receive revenue through the Capital Projects Fund and is designed to support line extension and development projects and large-scale regional infrastructure networks at symmetrical speeds of 100 Mbps. The application process for the program will open on May 10, 2023.
