Noting that there are over 5900 miles of railroad track crossing our state, Senators Jarett Coleman and Kristin Phillips-Hill issued a co-sponsorship memo this week seeking support for legislation standardizing the right-of-way permitting process to ease the time delays associated with deploying broadband in these areas.
