At yesterday’s Public Meeting the PA PUC voted unanimously in support of a Motion by Vice Chairman John Coleman essentially denying the petition of DRIVE to withdraw from the proceeding which involved consideration of the municipal prohibition provisions of Chapter 30. Several PA RLECs filed exceptions to the petition earlier this year. The Coleman Motion remands the matter back to the Office of Administrative Law Judge for expedited (90 days) consideration and Initial Decision. Stay tuned. (See related story in Quotable section).
