Big doings in Butler County this week as Armstrong held a groundbreaking ceremony for its Accessible Broadband for Children project. The $16M expansion will provide world class services to 1,600 locations with 220 new miles of fiber in the area including two school districts. The ceremony featured remarks from Armstrong President Jeffrey Ross, DCED Secretary Rick Siger and PBDA Executive Director Brandon Carson.
