The House Consumer Affairs Committee has scheduled a voting meeting for next Tuesday, May 26th and on the agenda are two BB bills, HB2438 and HB 2348. The first is similar to SB 1118 and addresses easement concerns which the state’s rural electric co-ops have when deploying BB services, while the latter establishes the Unserved Broadband Funding Grant Program; re-appropriating an existing $5 million tax credit.
