By virtue of this week’s publication in the Pennsylvania Bulletin, review of the state’s Universal Service Fund has been reenergized in the form of the USF Working Group which will be comprised of interested industry parties and staff from various bureaus within the PA PUC. The Commission’s Secretarial letter on the matter has established December 1, 2025, as the initial meeting date of the group with a requirement that a comprehensive report is to be filed by June 1, 2026.
